Each time that Alan and I list a home for sale we work hard to ensure the price is fair, the photos are good and that we promote that home online and in person.
For us, selling a home for one of our clients is not simply about a commission. Rather, it’s about helping a person, persons or family move on in a new direction.
It doesn’t matter whether they are moving up to a bigger home, moving on to another state, or even another country. Perhaps they are downsizing to a smaller, more easily maintainable home.
Whatever the case may be, it’ is our job to do the research that lets us arrive at a listing price we believe people will respond to, then it’s up to us to get the home sold in a timely manner.
